CINNAMON CARAMEL ICED COFFEE

6 tablespoons coffee
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel-flavored dessert topping
4-1/2 cups cold water
Whipped topping
Coffee Ice Cubes (see Cook's note)
Chopped chocolate-covered toffee, optional garnish
Cook's note: Pour cooled brewed coffee into ice-cube trays. Freeze until solid. Use to chill iced coffee drinks without diluting flavor.Recipe
Place coffee in filter of brew basket of coffeemaker; sprinkle with cinnamon. Place caramel topping in empty pot of coffeemaker. Add water to coffeemaker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well -mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour coffee mixture over Coffee Ice Cubes in tall glasses. Serve with milk and sugar, if desired. Top each serving with whipped topping. Garnish with chopped chocolate-covered toffee.
