1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. butter (no substitutes)
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cans any flavor Solo pastry filling (our favorite is almond)
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, butter and flour. Chill 1 hour. Roll dough out fairly thin on floured board. Cut into squares. Place 1 teaspoon Solo pastry filling in center of each square. Roll dough from corner to corner. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
Makes 3-4 dozen cookies.
