    CINNAMON CRACKERS

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    In a small mixing bowl stir together flour and cinnamon. In another small bowl combine brown sugar, cooking oil, milk and vanilla. Add oil mixture all at once to flour mixture, stirring with a fork until well mixed. Form into a ball. Roll out dough on a well-floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with 1 1/4 inch cookie cutters or a knife, rerolling dough as necessary. Transfer the crackers to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake crackers in a 400 degree oven for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from sheet to a wire rack, then cool completely.

    Makes about 50 crackers.
