GRUYERE CRACKERS
List of Ingredients
4 1/2 oz. Gruyére cheese, grated
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cold butter, cut in small pieces
dash of cayenne pepper
3 1/2 T. sour cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°.
In food processor or with pastry cutter, work cheese, flour, butter and cayenne until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add sour cream and pulse in processor or work with hands until mixture forms dough.
Roll dough into log shape and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour.
Slice roll into 1/4-inch rounds.
Bake on buttered baking sheet for 17 to 20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
