    Easy Garlic Pork Roast

    List of Ingredients




    3 1/2 lbs (1.6 Kg) boneless pork loin roast, trimmed
    of excess fat
    Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 Tbs (15 ml) olive oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    12-18 whole cloves of garlic, peeled
    1 cup (250 ml) chicken or beef stock

    Season the roast with salt and pepper, heat the oil in a large skillet over moderate heat, and brown the pork roast on all sides. Place the onion and garlic in a slow cooker and place the pork roast on top. Add the stock and cook covered on low until the pork is tender, 8 to 10 hours. Serves 8 to 12.
