    Easy Stuffed Chicken Rolls

    6 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, flattened to 1/8" thickness
    6 slices ham
    6 slices swiss cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 t. sage
    1/4 t. paprika
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup - undiluted
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 T. fresh parsley, minced
    a few dashes of hot sauce
    2 T. Dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Place one slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks. Combine flour, cheese, sage, paprika and pepper; coat chicken on all sides with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

    In a large skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil over medium heat. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker. Combine soup, broth, hot sauce, parsley and mustard; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low setting for 4-5 hours. Remove toothpicks before serving.
