    Slow Cooker Lamb Shanks

    List of Ingredients




    8 lamb shanks, fat trimmed
    1-1/2 cups hot water
    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. beef stock powder
    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. horseradish sauce
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. apple or mint jelly
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Recipe



    Prepare broiler. Broil lamb 4 inches from heat source to brown on all sides. Transfer lamb to a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours.
