List of Ingredients
FILLING:
1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND®® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
3/4 cups lemon juice
FLOUR MIX:
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
BUTTER MIX:
1/4 cup butter, salted, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal, quick-cooking, uncooked
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°.
In bowl, whisk thoroughly EAGLE BRAND® and lemon juice; set aside.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt; set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
Add oatmeal and flour mixture to creamed butter mixture. Mix thoroughly with pastry blender until crumbly.
Pan spray 8x8-inch baking pan; line with parchment paper.
Spread crumb mixture into pan and pat down.
Pour filling into pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until brown around the edges.
Cool in pan at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cover and cool completely in refrigerator before cutting.
