BAKED SPICY CRAB DIP
List of Ingredients
1 bunch of green onions chopped using as much
of the green as possible.
1 tsp cumin
8 - 10 oz crab meat.
1 can of chopped green chilies
1 16 oz of cream cheese
1/4 cup sharp Cheddar cheese grated (or Monterey Jack)
Recipe
Saute the onions, chilies and cumin in a very small amount of olive oil. Add the crab. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the crab pan. Mix continuously until cream cheese is melted. Pour into a 1 quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees oven until lightly brown and bubbly. Serve with Tortilla chips.
If you freeze it leave off the cheese. Don't thaw it. Just bake it right out of the freezer. Once it's bubbling, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake until the cheese is melted.
