    Recipe Introduction


    Just make the whole recipe into mini loaves, bake and freeze with mashed potatoes and remaining gravy for lunches.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (12 ounces) jar beef gravy, divided
    1 cup water
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 (6.25 ounces) package Stove Top stuffing mix
    2 eggs, beat light

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 400.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup of the gravy into large bowl.
    3. Stir in water.
    4. Add meat, stuffing and eggs; mix lighlty.
    5. Refrigerate remaining gravy for later use.
    6. Divide meat mixture in half.
    7. Shape half of the meat mixture into 2 oval loaves on foil lined baking sheet.
    8. Shape remaining mixture and make 16 balls.
    9. Place, in single layer, on another foil covered baking sheet.
    10. Bake side by side, 20 minute Remove balls, set aside.
    11. Bake loaves an additional 10 minutes or till cooked.
    12. Slice and serve with your favorite veggie
