2 Granny Smith apples, unpeeled & diced
1 Lime peel, grated
11 oz Mandarine orange segments, drained
1 cup Red grapes, halved
1 1/2 cup Miniature marshmallows
8 oz Vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoon Nuts, chopped
Recipe
In large serving bowI, combine apple, peeI, orange segmetns and grapes.
Add marshmallows and yogurt; mix gently.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle nuts over top; serve immediately.
