Fruit Kabobs with Margarita Dip

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup light dairy sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
5-6 T. sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice or tequila
1 tablespoon or so frozen Bacardi margarita mix or orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
fresh lime and orange zest to garnish
fresh fruit such as:
fresh pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, green grapes and red grapes, etc.
angel food cake cubes or teddy grahams, optional
Recipe
For margarita dip, place first 6 ingredients in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover; blend or process until combined. Add whipping cream. Cover; blend or process until fluffy and mixture mounds. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 24 hours.
Arrange small skewers of cake and fruit on a serving platter. Serve with dip.
