List of Ingredients

Banana Bran Muffin Mix
Mix together or just dump the following ingredients in bag/container:
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 1/2 level teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole bran
Attach the following instructions:
To make your "Banana Bran Muffins":
Place this mix in a bowl, and add the following:
1 beaten egg
1 cup mashed very ripe banana
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
Preheat oven to 400. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups.
Stir until the flour mixture is "just" moistened.
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full and bake 20 - 25 minutes or until
tester comes out clean.
Makes 1 dozen.

Mini Pumpkin Muffin Mix
Mix together or just dump the following ingredients in bag/container:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 level teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins, optional
Attach the following instructions:
To make your "Mini Pumpkin Muffins":
Place this mix in a bowl.
Cut in until fine crumbs:
1/4 cup shortening
Then add the following:
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup solid pack canned pumpkin
1/2 cup milk or sour cream
Preheat oven to 400. Grease or paper line muffin pan.
Mix until the dry mixture is moistened.
Fill the 2/3 full and bake for 15 - 20 minutes,
or until a tester comes out clean.
Makes 12 muffins.

Peanut Butter Muffin Mix
Mix together or just dump the following ingredients in bag/container:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
2 1/2 level teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Attach the following instructions:
To make your "Peanut Butter Muffins":
Place this mix in a bowl.
Cut in until coarse crumbs form:
1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
2 tablespoons butter
Next add the following:
3/4 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
Preheat oven to 400. Grease or paper line 1 - 2 muffin pans.
Stir ingredients together until moistened.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 15 - 17 minutes,
or until a tester comes out clean.
Makes 1 1/2 - 2 dozen muffins.
Add water to any empty muffin cups so the rest in the pan
will bake evenly.
