Clear Restaurant Gravy

List of Ingredients
1 can (13-1/2-oz.) clear chicken broth (or beef)
1/4 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon powdered thyme
1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all in a blender; blend on High 1 minute.
Pour into a saucepan and heat until smooth and thickened. (I add this to the de-fatted skillet or pan I've used for browning chicken for added flavor.)
Makes 2 cups
