    Roasted Garlic Beef Gravy

    1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Beef Broth OR Lower Sodium Beef Broth
    2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    2 cloves roasted garlic

    Recipe



    REMOVE beef from roasting pan. Pour off fat.

    MIX broth and vinegar into flour in roasting pan. Stir in oregano and roasted garlic. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Makes 1 3/4 cups. Serves 6.

    Tip:
    *To make roasted garlic, cut off top of garlic bulb. Drizzle with a little broth. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in roasting pan with beef. Roast garlic 1 hr. or until softened. Leftover roasted garlic is perfect for garlic toast, meat gravy, soups, etc.
