1 medium ripe cantaloupes
1 (14 ounces) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
1. Cut cantaloupe in half; discard seeds, Peel and slice cantaloupe; cut into large pieces.
2. Place in blender container; add milk and honey; cover and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a freezer-proof container; freeze overnight or until frim, Enjoy.
