    1 can evaporated milk, well chilled
    1 6-ounce package lemon jello
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    grated lemon rind from 1 lemon
    20 graham crackers, crush fine

    Recipe



    Dissolve jello and sugar in the water. Add juice and lemon rind, chill until slightly set. Whip the evaporated milk and very slowly beat in the jello. Spread 1-1/2 cups cracker crumbs in an 11-inch by 7-inch pan. Pour jello mixture over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours to set.
