    Source of Recipe

    jello.com

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
    Ice cubes
    1 cup cold water
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

    Recipe

STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.

PLACE oranges in 6-cup mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray; cover with 2 cups of the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate about 45 minutes or until set, but not firm (should stick to finger).

MEANWHILE, refrigerate remaining gelatin mixture about 45 minutes or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Add 2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over gelatin layer in mold.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Serve topped with remaining whipped topping.

    KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS

How To Unmold Gelatin: Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
