Northern Italian Balsamic Steak

List of Ingredients
3 tsp. olive oil
4 boneless rib eye steaks, each 1/2 inch thick
1 sweet red pepper - cut in long thin slices
1 sweet yellow pepper or orange - cut in long thin slices
1 med. zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then cut in slices 1/4 inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup beef broth
6. tsp. balsamic vinegar Recipe
Heat 1 1/2 tsp olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add half the steaks; cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes for medium rare or until desired taste . Remove steaks to platter and keep warm. Repeat with remaining steaks.
Add remaining 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil to skillet. Add peppers, zucchini, salt and black pepper; cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes. Add beef broth and vinegar bring to a high boil cook for about 3 mintues . Pour over steaks.
