Rosemary Pork Chops

4 pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary, crushed

1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepperRecipe
Place meat in a self-sealing plastic bag set in shallow dish. For marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over meat. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Turn frequently. Drain meat; discard marinade. In a grill with cover, arrange medium-hot coals around a drip pan. Place chops on rack over drip pan. Cover and grill for 20 to 24 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
