1/4 cup granulated ugar
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons seasoned salt
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon sage, dried
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
Mix and store.
To use: Lift skin of whole chicken and rub mixture directly onto the flesh. Lay skin back down and season skin with salt and pepper.
