Cheesy Rice Casserole

*Use this instead of spanich rice.
List of Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups sour cream
Lawry Salt, to taste
1/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 pound provolone cheese
1 small can chopped green chilies
Parmesan cheese, grated
butter
Recipe
Cook rice according to directions on the package until almost done. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine rice with sour cream and season with salt to taste.
Shred cheeses. Spoon a layer of rice over the bottom of a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese and green chilies. Repeat layers and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
