Green Chili Burritos

1 cooked roast, pulled apart
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies, mild (or whatever your taste may be)
Sour cream
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Tortillas
Black olives
Recipe
Place shredded roast beef, soup, green chilies and a small part of water (or roast beef broth if you prefer) in large pan and heat until boiling.
Let boil for two to three minutes or all of the mixture is fully heated.
Put one to two tablespoons of roast beef mixture inside each tortilla. Fill tortillas with sour cream, cheese, olives, tomatoes and all garnishes you prefer. Roll up tortillas. Enjoy!

So many variations can be made from this recipe. You can use pulled pork, ground beef (cooked), fajita chicken or pulled cooked chicken as the meat instead of the shredded roast beef. You can also variate the soup you use: cream of mushroom, cream of celery or even cream of chicken mushroom will be delicious. You can top each tortilla with red or green enchilada sauce with cheese or sour cream sauce on top. Let your imagination go on this recipe!
