    Source of Recipe

    List of Ingredients

2 loaves Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, White or Honey Wheat or 1 package Bridgford White Rolls, thawed
1 (21 oz.) can apple and cinnamon pie filling
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Melted butter

    Glaze
    2 cups powdered sugar
    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons milk or water

    Recipe

Mix apple pie filling with cinnamon. On a lightly floured surface divide each loaf of dough into 10 even portions (total of 20 pieces for both loaves). If using rolls, you do not need to divide. With the floured palms of your hands, roll each dough piece into a rope approximately 10-12-inches long. Coil each rope into a circle. Place each coiled circle on a greased sheet pan 2-3-inches apart. In a warm area, let rise until doubled in size. After risen, make indentations about 1-inch wide In center of each coil, pressing to the bottom, fill with 1½-2 tablespoons of pie filling. Bake at 350° for approximately 12 minutes or until the rolls just begin to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and brush rolls with melted butter or margarine. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. When cool drizzle with glaze.

    Glaze: Mix until smooth.
