    Orange Bubble Loaf

    Source of Recipe

    ...

    List of Ingredients

1½ loaves Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, White or Honey Wheat, thawed
    OR
1 package Bridgford White or Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed
6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
    1½ cups sugar
    2 teaspoons grated orange rind

    Recipe

If using bread dough, divide whole loaf into 16 pieces and half loaf into 8 pieces, for a total of 24 pieces. If using rolls, do not divide. Shape each roll or piece of dough into a ball. Mix sugar and orange rind. Dip each ball in the butter, then into the sugar-orange mixture. Arrange balls of dough in a greased bundt or tube pan. Let rise in a warm area until dough is doubled in size or rises to top of pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. If bread is browning too quickly, cover with foil. Remove bread from oven and carefully invert pan on large plate (syrup will be very hot!). Remove pan and allow bread to cool.
