Oh My ! Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

1 pkg (250 g) regular or light cream cheese, softened
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
1 egg
1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 cup (250 mL) peanut butter chips, melted
1 (9”/23 cm) prepared graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust
Recipe
1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add Eagle Brand and egg.
2. Remove 1 cup (250 mL) of Eagle Brand mixture; whisk into melted semi-sweet chocolate. Pour into prepared crust.
3. Whisk remaining Eagle Brand mixture into melted peanut butter chips; gently spoon over chocolate layer.
4. Bake in preheated 325ºF (160ºC) oven for 20-25 minutes or until just set.
5. Cool thoroughly and garnish as desire
