    14 oz artichoke hearts, canned, drained and quartered
    1 red pepper, chopped
    2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 cup Italian parsley, fresh, chopped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
    1 10-inch Focaccia bread, sliced in half horizontally
    2 Tbsp olive oil

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, combine artichokes, red pepper, cheese blend, 1/2 cup Parmesan parsley, mayonnaise, garlic, pepper and cayenne pepper; mix well.

    Place each Focaccia half on cookie sheet. Sprinkle each half with 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Divide and spread artichoke mixture on each Focaccia half. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
