    6 tbs. butter
    6 tbs. olive oil
    2 tbs. white wine
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. basil
    2 garlic cloves, minced

    Recipe

    Sauté garlic in butter and olive oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
