Asian Chicken Burger

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
2 pounds ground chicken
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon coriander or cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon tamari sauce (fermented soy)
1 teaspoon cornflour/cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon chilli oil
pepper and salt to taste
Recipe
1. Combine all of the above and form into 6 patties. Brush the grill with oil and brush 6 large mushrooms with oil and barbeque along with the patties. About 5 minutes. Turn once. Remove mushrooms when done. Cook patties for another 5 minutes till done.
2. Split and toast 6 hamburger buns. While hot, rub with a cut clove garlic. Assemble burger with the mushroom on top.
