Chicken In Lemon Sauce

4-5 T butter
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C flour
1/4 t rosemary
1/2 t salt
1/8 t white pepper
1/4 t paprika
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C chicken broth
1/2 C dry white wine
1/4 C fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)Recipe
In large skillet, melt 2T butter. Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Transfer to bottom of a casserole dish.
Combine flour and spices and toss chicken to coat (reserve leftover flour mixture). In same skillet, add 2T butter and brown chicken (you can add a small amount of olive oil to keep butter from burning). Place chicken on top of mushrooms in casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 350°. If needed, add 1T butter to skillet. Blend in reserved flour mixture. Stir in chicken broth, wine and lemon juice; mix well. Heat about 4-5 minutes, stirring until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken and mushrooms. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes until chicken is done and no longer pink. Serve over rice.
