Garlic Chicken

3-5 teaspoons garlic paste (in a tube)
2/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin (about 1 /2 lbs.)
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup snipped chives
Recipe
In small bowl, whisk garlic paste, broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess. Add chicken to pan and sauté 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Transfer chicken to plate.
Whisk garlic mixture to combine and pour into skillet. Bring to a boil, return chicken to pan, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add butter and chives to sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken when serving.
