    List of Ingredients




    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1/4 cup ReaLemon
    4 small red potatoes, cut into 1-inch lengths
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
    1 cup canned chicken broth
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste

    Rub lemon juice liberally over chicken and place in roasting pan with vegetables. Sprinkle chicken and vegetable with poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth into bottom of roasting pan. Roast uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, basting chicken and vegetables occasionally with pan juices. Transfer chicken and vegetables to a platter and cover with foil to keep warm. Combine remaining chicken broth, milk and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Add to liquid in roasting pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Simmer for 1 minute or until gravy thickens. Serve with chicken and vegetables.
