List of Ingredients
2 cans Chicken broth or bouillon equivalent
2 packs of Chicken Ramen noodles w/ packet - best if crushed before opening
3 eggs
3 tbsp soy sauce
cayenne pepper powder to taste - optional
Recipe
Bring broth, ramen sauce packets, soy sauce, and cayenne to a boil in saucepan. While broth is boiling, crack eggs into small bowl and stir together. When broth is at a rolling boil, add ramen. Reduce to medium boil, and begin to add eggs in small portions (this avoids a big clump of cooked egg in the middle of the soup).
When ramen is boiled to your taste, and the egg is solid white in the soup, remove from heat, allow to cool, and serve. Serves 3, stores great - just add a little broth and microwave for 1:30 for leftovers. Adjust ingredients as necessary to serve more.
