    Use ranch instead of mayo.

    List of Ingredients




    8 - 10 slices bacon, crisply cooked (fatty ends removed)
    1 medium tomato, seeded
    1/2 small onion
    6 oz. Swiss cheese (3/4 C.)
    1/2 C. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. basil
    10 oz. can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion in food chopper. Grate cheese. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients (except biscuits). Set aside. Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits. Spray mini-muffin pans with cooking spray. Lay each biscuit over a mini-muffin pan cup. Using a mini-tart shaper dipped in flour, press each biscuit into a cup. Fill the cups with the bacon mixture. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Yield: 30 appetizers
