    Chicken Chow Mein**

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups hot cooked rice or crisp chow mein noodles
    1 1/2 cup chicken, cubed
    1 cup celery, sliced
    1 (14 1/2-oz) FF chicken broth
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
    1 (14-oz) can chow mein vegetables
    1 (2.5-oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

    Recipe



    In large saucepan, combine chicken and all remaining ingredients except rice; mix well.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.

    4 (1-cup) servings
    5 ponts per serving

    My choice of veggies to use:
    celery
    thinly sliced onion
    mung bean sprouts
    snow pea pods
