    No Fuss Chicken and Rice Bake

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Butterball® Chicken Broth
    1 cup uncooked instant white rice
    10 ounces cooked chicken, diced
    6 ounces Butterball® Stuffing, any variety
    PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
    1 package (1 ounce) Butterball® Turkey Gravy Mix
    chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in margarine until tender, stirring frequently. Add broth and heat thoroughly; stir in rice and chicken. and remove from heat. Gently fold in stuffing and pour into an 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare gravy according to package directions. Spoon gravy over each serving just before serving and top with parsley.
