CUERNAVACA CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup creamed corn
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
Recipe
In a small mixing bowl, mix cornmeal, salt and soda. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in cornmeal mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
