2 c. uncooked instant rice
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (4-oz.) can diced green chiles
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 325º. Mix all of the ingredients together in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
