SALAD:RAO'S SUMMER PASTA SALAD

List of Ingredients
6 fully ripe tomatoes coarsely chopped
1 cup Rao�s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
� cup coarsely chopped basil
3 cloves minced garlic
� tsp. dried oregano leaves
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 lb. Rao�s pasta
9 oz. fresh mozzarella, drained.
Recipe
Mix first six ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Cook and drain pasta. Add 1 cup of the tomato mixture, toss to coat. Stirring constantly, heat over high heat for 1 minute. Pour into bowl. Spoon extra sauce over pasta. Add cheese. Toss and serve.
