Grill Herbed Salmon

1/2 C. butter (no substitutes)
1/3 C. lemon juice
2 T. minced parsley
1-1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 salmon fillet (2-1/2 to 3 pounds and 3/4 inch thick)
Recipe
In a saucepan, combine the first nine ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until the butter is melted; set aside.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill. Place salmon skin side down on grill. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 5 minutes. Baste with butter sauce. Grill 10-15 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently.
Yield: 6-8 servings
