    Texas Hot Pepper Shrimp

    ½ tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp dried thyme
    1 tbsp dried rosemary
    2 tsp dried oregano
    ½ cup butter
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 can beer
    2 pounds shrimp, in shell

    Recipe



    In large sauté pan, melt butter over high heat. Add garlic, Worcestershire and seasonings. Add shrimp and sauté over high heat for 2 minutes. Add beer and cook until shrimp are just done. Serve directly from pan with French bread.
