PEPPERCORN BEEF KABOBS
List of Ingredients
1 pounds sirloin steak
1 1/2 teaspoons peppercorns, crushed
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 onion, sliced
4 12 inch skewers
Recipe
Trim and cut sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces. Combine crushed peppercorns, salt, paprika, and crushed garlic clove in a shallow dish; add the beef pieces and toss to coat. Thread an equal number of beef pieces onto each of the 12 inch skewers along with sliced onion. Place the kabobs on a rack in a broiler 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Broil for 10 to 14 minutes, or until done, turning occasionally.
