Plum Wasabi Glazed Skewers

List of Ingredients
12 ounces your choice of tenderloin, top sirloin or chicken breast, cut into ¾ inch cubes
8 16/20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ green, yellow or red pepper, cut into ¾" cubes
1 red onion, cut into ¾" cubes
4 white mushroom caps
4 cherry tomatoes

Alternate above ingredients on a 12 inch wood or metal skewer. (Note: If using wood skewers, soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes prior to skewering ingredients)
Plum Wasabi Sauce
½ cup plum sauce (available on Asian aisle of supermarket)
1 tablespoon dried Wasabi
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds ( in non stick pan on med high heat with no oil, shake in pan for 2 - 3 minutes)
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons teriyaki glaze (available on Asian aisle)
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Combine Wasabi with the tablespoon of water. Blend by hand until smooth.
Combine all of the ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Place skewers on saran wrap, spoon marinade over top. Wrap skewers in plastic, and squeeze to incorporate sauce into the meat and vegetables. Let refrigerate for 6 hours.
Remove skewers from plastic. Barbecue for 3 -4 minutes per side over med high heat.
