SHRIMP KABOBS
List of Ingredients
16 jumbo shrimps
1 cup Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp lemon peel, grated
1 tsp sugar
1 20 oz can chunk pineapple
Recipe
Leaving the shell on tails, peel and devein shrimp if needed. Combine teriyaki sauce, onion, garlic, sugar, lemon peel and a little pineapple juice in medium bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat, reserving sauce mixture. Place 1 pineapple chunk in the curve of each shrimp and place on skewer. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until pink and don''t forget to brush the juice on while cooking.
