    Serve as a dessert with fruit, or brunch with croissants and fruit.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (15-oz) wheel of Brie
    1 pkg. folded refrigerated pie crusts
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. granulated sugar

    Recipe



    Unfold one pie crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Place Brie in middle of crust and sprinkle with remainder of brown sugar. Pull pie crust up sides and mold to sides of cheese. Trim off excess crust. Cover top with second crust, trim and blend edges of top crust with edges of bottom crust. Cover top with second crust, trim and blend edges of top crust with edges of bottom crust. Brush top with egg white and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and granulated sugar. Using cookie cutter or free hand, cut decorative shapes out of leftover dough and decorate top. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour and up to 2 days before baking. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Place on serving dish and serve with crackers or sliced French bread. Makes 16 appetizer portions.
