List of Ingredients
1/2 pt Raspberries
1/2 pt Strawberries (cut in 1/4)
4 ea Apricots (seeded and cut in 1/4)
4 ea Fresh Figs (cut in 1/4)
2 oz Port Wine
Cream:
9 oz Mascarpone Cheese
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Recipe
1. Wash, dry, and cut the fruit.
2. Steep the fruit in the Port Wine for 30 minutes.
3. Stir the Mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
4. Put the fruit in a serving dish and top with the Mascarpone cream.
