1 cup sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 cups whipping cream
2 (8-ounce)containers sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe
Combine sugar and gelatin in a medium saucepan; stir in whipping cream,and let stand 1 minute. Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly with a wire whisk,5 minutes or until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat,and cool. Stir sour cream and vanilla into gelatin mixture.Pour into a serving bowl;cover and chill 3 hours or until set. To serve, spoon mixture into dessert dishes,and top with berries.
