SMOKEY SALMON SPREAD
List of Ingredients
12 ounces Boneless/Skinless Pink Salmon
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
2 to 4 tsp garlic powder, depending on taste
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
4 drops natural hickory liquid smoke
1 package crackers or French bread rounds
Recipe
Drain salmon. Beat cream cheese with lemon juice, milk and dill weed in mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in salmon and green onions until thoroughly combined. Season with liquid smoke to taste. Chill several hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. To serve, spread on crackers or French bread rounds.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups or 24 servings.
