    List of Ingredients




    2 red bell peppers
    2 green bell peppers
    2 yellow peppers
    3 garlic cloves, sliced
    2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
    8 slice(s) toasted bread
    1 tsp chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
    salt (as needed)
    pepper (as needed)

    Recipe



    Wash and dry peppers.
    Roast whole peppers in oven at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the skin blisters and blackens.
    Immediately transfer to a holding pan, seal with plastic wrap and cool.
    Once peppers cool, remove skins and seeds.
    Season peppers with remaining ingredients, cut into strips, serve with toasted bread.
