1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup radishes
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup broccoli
1/2 tsp. flaxseed oil
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
4 slices plain extra firm tofu
1/4 cup kale
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 handful parsley
Recipe
Juice all ingredients together. Add sea kelp granules and unsalted Gaylord Hauser Spike Seasoning for that extra pizzazz.
